Recently, the Exceptional Children Parent Advisory Council (ECPAC) sent home a letter asking for volunteers to consider being a representative at their school as well as to help us with time or donations so that we can give our EC teachers our gratitude for all they do in recognition of Teacher Appreciation Week.
We have been having some great responses at a couple of schools. Still looking for more!
Some of you have inquired as to what it means to be a Rep at your school. Basically, we are looking for families to contact when we would like to organize a get together, or when we would like to do something special for your EC Department at your school. It would be a periodic need, not requiring too much of your time.
